So long day job

Well today I gave my one week notice at the day job. Starting on the 1st of June, I'm a free man. I'll be working for them on a contractor basis, but I'll no longer be there 8 hours a day, free to concentrate on my own work.

You know what that means right? My blog app might actually get finished...

Yuh right :-D

Hey, that's great news, Dan. This move will certainly pay off ten-fold in terms of project production. Congrats! BTW, any public updates for us on the second Lynda.com video?

Yeah, I'm hoping I can get all the projects I've been putting off started. As far as the latest batch of movies, well I have a CD to review on my desk...

WhoooHooo! Big day for ya, Dan! And welcome to the land of flying without a net. Be forewarned though. This is the kind of thing folks often look back on saying, "It was the smartest thing I ever did." ;)

Hiya Dan, You should really consider the ::before and ::after pseudo-elements in CSS 2 (or is it 3? 1? I don't remember) for those "<reply>" tags. It'll keep it all semantic, you know? Those "<reply>" thingys are strongly emphasized text - have some integrity (in your document), eh? :) Free-man, alright. Sounds good to me. I don't even have a job yet. :P To Joel: Just use XForms - CommentAPI is silly. :P

lol... Thanks Steven :). I'll see if I can get fancy on those reply tags. Maybe I just need my own custom DOCTYPE... hmmm....
