Timewarp...

There's a really odd phenomenon (PHENOMENON!!!) I've noticed with geeks. If there are more than 3 in a room time seems to expand and contract at odd intervals. I looked up last night and it was 2:30am, and I was still awake. What's up with that? So I slept in this morning and skipped they keynote session (it should have been a session in itself, and not a keynote). I'm sitting in Joe and Angela's Killer Tips session right now. Always learn something good from that book :)

...and the graphics in that book are AWESOME! If you look closely at some of the file names, you might even find some hidden humor ;)

Yep, all geek gatherings I've been at are like this, TODCON Chicago was especially like that, can't remember going to be before 3am on any of the nights. Time flies, and the topics vary, one moment you're debating using global or local variables for a specific task and the next the whole group is reciting entire Monty Python sketches verbatum. Glad you obviously had a great time Dan. Wish I was there to enjoy as well.

You better be in Vegas, or I'll have Angela send out Guido.

Especially those beautiful shots in OS X. Then again, I do recall a picture of a cute blonde by the side of a pool...

Thanks Dan :-) It was fun giving the session with Joe. I only wish we had one more hour to cover more of what we wanted to cover. We over-planned which is better than running out of things to say!
